the process
Our goal is to help you live your best life and that starts with having you happy and comfortable in your home.
Before assigning a home care worker to you, we will sit down with you to better understand the supports you require. We will ask questions about your goals and what your ideal life looks like. We understand that inviting a new person into your home is not easy. That is why we individually match each of our home care workers to you, based on personality, goals and your ideal home situation.
here's how it works
our services
Morning routine - breakfast, showers, meal preparation for lunch or snacks, medication assistance, home therapies or help accessing transportation
Evening routine – dinner, showers, medication assistance, assistance with home therapies, sleepovers or any other evening routine activity
Personal care – showering, dressing , brushing teeth, toileting
Domestic duties – washing, ironing, dishes and light household tasks
Home therapies – assistance to complete home therapies supplied by your allied health professional or therapist
Community – accessing your hobbies, meeting with your friendship groups and family, or assistance to attend your appointments
